Blog Tour: A Stolen Knight's Kiss by Melissa Oliver*
Rescued by his kiss!
When orphan Eva loses the father-figure who’d protected her on the streets of London, she suspects the Knights of Fortitude. But when she steals information from them, she’s caught by brooding knight Nicholas. Learning he might not be the villain after all, she puts her distrust aside to work with him, yet Eva must stay focussed – and not get distracted when they share a stolen kiss!'
This is the second story in 'Protectors of the Crown' series, though part of a series you can read these books as a stand alone. This instalment focuses on Eva and Nicholas. Their story is told over the course of 19 Chapters. These chapters will soon fly bye as readers get lost in this story.
From the very moment these two characters meet they start a verbal foreplay that continues throughout the book. This verbal back and forth is interesting for readers and makes this book even easier to get stuck into.
Throughout this book the point of view clearly switches between Eva and Nicholas. The clear switches mean that the readers always know exactly whose point of view they are reading. The switches in point of view means that the reader really gets the full picture of the story as it progresses.
Now let me tell you about the Author Melissa Oliver, who is from south-west London where she writes her historical romance novels. Melissa lives with her husband and daughters, who share her passion for decrepit, old castles, palaces and all things historical. Melissa is the Winner of The Romantic Novelist Association's Joan Hessayon Award for new writers 2020. This was for her debut novel, the first book in the Notorious Knight's series called The Rebel Heiress and the Knight. If she is not writing Melissa loves to travel, paint as well as visit Museums and Art Gallerys.
Overall this books is addictive and really easy to get stuck into. Although this series can be read as stand alone books, this book has made this reader curious about the first one. You can get your copy HERE

Blog Tour: Love & Agita by Grayson Avery*
You think you have a crazy family? Meet Leo Donati, a great guy from a wacky New York Italian family, who is expected to live his life a certain way. There are a few family rules etched in stone that he has done his best to follow:
1. Attend Sunday family dinner. It’s at 2:00. Nobody knows why.
2. Love your mother.
3. Never tell Nonna you're full. Unless you have a death wish.
4. Marry Italian.
5. Family comes first. Always. Friends come and go, but family is forever.
The only problem? He's not living his best life. Not even close. Single, lonely, and spending way too much time at the gym burning sexual energy and ungodly amounts of pasta, Leo hopes his life will change when his father hands over the family business. If only things were that simple. A takeover offer on the business puts Leo on the war path against a strikingly sexy, but overly competitive Jewish woman who is seemingly intent on ruining his life. At least that's how Leo sees it.
As tension rises and Italian tempers flare, Leo wonders if perhaps hate isn't the most accurate word for how he feels about his new nemesis. But it could never work. Yeah, the pizza bagel exists, but real-life cultural divides are more complicated than that, aren't they?
Humor abounds as corporations and cultures collide. Leo tries to thwart the takeover, find love and happiness, while also trying to avoid being bludgeoned to death by his Nonna's wooden spoon.'

Review: Two For Charging by Lasairiona McMaster*
The last thing he needs, or wants, is a relationship. But he wants her.
He's always wanted her.
Can he earn her forgiveness and put the mistakes of their past behind them? Or will his inability to forgive himself prevent them both from moving forward?'

Blog Tour: Tempted by Her Outcast Viking by Lucy Morris*
But she’ll never wed
Brynhild had once been close to Erik – until he’d betrayed her, and she’d hoped never to see him again. Now the fiercely independent shieldmaiden needs Erik’s skills to rescue her sister. Striking a truce with the tough, isolated loner they reach a mutually beneficial deal: in return, she’ll help him in his quest to find a wife – by teaching him how to please a woman in bed…!'
This is the second story in 'Shieldmaiden Sister' series and this time we are looking at Brynhild and Erik. Their story is told over the course of 24 Chapters and an Epilogue. We first met this pair in the first book on the series called 'The Viking she would have Married'. In the first book we learnt all about their siblings Valda and Halfdan.
Readers of this series will be happy to know that this book begins right after the first one ends. Now this doesn't mean to have read the first in the series if you want to read this story. This can be read as a standalone novel. However you may end up reading the first book once you see how well this book is written and how much detail is put into these characters.
Now Erik is the polar opposite of his brother. He has no connections in this world except his brother and Brynhild but from 9 years ago. It is clear from the start of this book that these two characters have a past. A past that did not end well and is slowly revealed to the readers.
Throughout this book these two characters are on a mission, a mission that has nothing what so ever to do with the sizzling chemistry that lies right beneath the surface. From the moment you start this book not only does it jump straight into the storyline but also the chemistry is obvious.
As readers join Brynhild and Erik on their journey, they are slowly allowed to see parts of the past. A past that helps the reader to understand the characters as they are currently and their motivations. One thing I loved about this is that although you are dealing with very strong warriors neither one is afraid to show their emotions at certain times. Also it is brilliant to see in this book just how much these characters don't want the other one to change in any aspect.
Now let me tell you about the Author Lucy Morris, who has always been obsessed with myths and legends. Her books blend sweeping romances with vivid world building to whisk you away to another time and place filled with adventure. You can expect passion, drama and Vibrant characters. Lucy lives in Essex, UK with her husband, two young children and two cats. Lucy has a massive sweet tooth and loves gin, bubbly and Irn-Bru. She is a member of UK Romantic Novelists' Association, she was delighted a two-book deal with Harlequin after submitting her story to Warriors Wanted submission blitz for Viking, Medieval and Highlander romances. Writing for Harlequin Historical is a dream come true for her and she hopes you enjoy her books!
Overall I enjoyed this book just as much as the first in the Shieldmaiden sister series. I can't wait to see where Helga's story takes her. I am in love with this series with all the details that included. You can get your copy HERE

Review: My Year with the Billionaire by Rachael Stewart*
…or temptation?
My foster mother’s will states that I, Summer, must live with her grandson, infamous billionaire Edward Fitzroy, for one year on her Scottish estate or we forfeit our inheritance! Years ago, scared of our intense connection, I left without saying goodbye… Now I’m completely unprepared for how devastatingly attractive Edward’s become—and how he still makes me feel. We’re from different worlds—surely this can’t work? But it’s oh-so-tempting to give in to the sparks flying between us…'
Overall I loved this book as well as the whole second chance romance that is the theme for this book. Rachael has written another great book that readers will find easy to get into and hard to put down. This book is out on September 1st and you can get your copy HERE.

Blog Tour: Secrets of Her Forbidden Knight by Ella Matthews*
The characters themselves truly could not be more different from one another. Lady Johanne is a widow who is determined to never marry a man again. Her experience has made her fiercely independent, possibly a bit too much. On the other hand Sir Alewyn wakes up in a strange place, covered in bruises and missing part of his memory.
