Blog Tour: How Not to Chaperon a Lady by Virginia Heath*

'His childhood nemesis…
…is the woman he can’t resist!
Chaperoning Charity Brookes while she’s on a singing tour should be easy for Griffith Philpot—he’s spent his whole life sparring with her over her flighty ways! But as he discovers that she’s much more than the impetuous girl he thought he knew, a passion ignites between them… Sharing a steamy kiss leaves him torn – he’s supposed to be responsible for guarding her virtue!'

This is the third book in the ‘Talk of Beau Monde’ series which tells the stories of the Brooke Sisters. This 26 Chapter story focuses on the youngest of the trio, Charity. More specifically this is the story of Charity Brookes and Griffith Philpott.

From the very beginning of their interactions Griffith and Charity have witty banter that will leave readers with the giggles. Their banter is just one thing these two have going for them. They also have this undeniable chemistry that neither wants to acknowledge.

Throughout this story readers are also given life updates on Charity’s older sisters Faith and Hope. This aspect will be loved by readers of the series as they get the continuation of their stories. New readers to the series will also love it as they get the opportunity to meet these characters. No worries if this is the first book of this series you are reading as they can all be read as stand alone novels.

One thing that is similar between this book and it’s predecessors is that readers will quickly become addicted. Not only to the story but also to the scenery. The descriptions of the scenery are so detailed

Let me tell you a little bit about the Author Virginia Heath. When she was a little girl it took her ages to fall asleep, so she would make up stories in her to help pass the time while she was staring at the ceiling. As she got older, the stories got more complicated, sometimes taking weeks to get to the happy ending. Then one day, she decided to embrace her insomnia and start writing them down. Despite that, it still takes her forever to fall asleep.

Overall I absolutely adored this story and was utterly captivated at learning Charity’s story. Readers will find themselves addicted unable to put it down until they have read every word. You can get your copy HERE
