Blog Tour: Summer In Provence By Lucy Coleman*

'Is a change as good as a rest?
When married couple Fern and Aiden have a windfall, their reactions could not be more different. While Fern is content to pay off their mortgage and build a nest egg before starting a family, her husband is set on traveling the world.
Fern’s not much of a back-packer so, before she knows it, the idea of a ‘marriage gap year’ takes shape. And, as Aiden heads off to the wilds of Australia, Fern chooses the more restful Provence for her year out.
Set amidst the glorious French scenery, Château de Vernon offers a retreat from the hustle and bustle of normal life, and Fern agrees to help out in return for painting lessons from the owner – renowned, but rather troubled, painter Nico.
As their year unfolds in very different ways, will the time apart transform their marriage, or will it drive Fern and Aiden even further apart…

Let Lucy Coleman whisk you off on a heart-warming, sun-drenched and magical French adventure.'

So the main stars of this story are Fern, Aiden and Nico who are each on a journey that can end in a multiple of ways. Now this story is very well written and I thoroughly enjoyed every word. It was easy to get into and this story really grips your attention. All the descriptions were beautiful in this book, to the point that I feel like I need to now book a holiday to Provence.

Let's tell you a little bit about the Author behind this book Lucy Coleman. Lucy Coleman is actually the pen name for Linn B Halton, she went from interior designer to author, she has written more than a dozen novels. Blog Tour: The New Guy By Kathryn Freeman*

'Sam Huxton doesn’t do one-night stands, especially not with men she’s just met! But the hot guy at the bar was hard to resist and their one night together is one she’ll never forget.
But one night is all they share – no names, no numbers, just some much needed fun…

Until the same guy walks into Sam’s life the next day as her new employee.  Sam never mixes business with pleasure and makes it clear an office fling with Ryan is off-limits.  But after-hours…one thing can lead to another. Can Sam trust her heart and her business with the new guy?'

This book tells the story of Sam and Ryan and I have to say they had an awesome story. From the very first word of this story I found myself stuck like glue to this book and the story that was unfolding. The chemistry between the two main characters was clear from the get go and really sizzled throughout the entire book.

What was amazing is that Kathryn put as much thought into the relationships between the main characters as she did with whoever they interacted with. This is evident in the book when you read about Sam and her friends as well as anyone Sam or Ryan interact with.

Something that was refreshing about this book is that Sam our female lead is the strong CEO character that has typically been played by a male. Now don't get me wrong Ryan was still very manly and lovable but I loved the strength that Sam has in this book. It was also nice to see that when you were inside Ryan's head, with his point of view he would think and worry about stuff that typically you only saw a women worry about.

Now let's talk about the Author, Kathryn Freeman is a former Pharmacist, now medical writer who also writes Romance. She can go from a racing heart due to a medical condition to the cause being a hunky hero. She lives with her husband and two teenage boys. Her husband may not be the most  romantic man around valentines day but his unstinting support about her career change proves love isn't just about Hearts and Flowers and heroes come in many disguises.

Overall I really loved this book and to find out that actually it is part of a series just makes me so happy. This story was easy to get stuck into and you will find yourself quickly making your way through this story. I for one will definitely be keeping my eyes peeled for the next book and will be picking more by Kathryn Freeman in the future. You can get your copy of Sam and Ryan's Story Here.

Blog Tour: You've Got My Number By Angela Barton*

'Three isn’t always a magic number …
There are three reasons Tess Fenton should be happy. One, her job at the Blue Olive deli may be dull, but at least she gets to work with her best friend. Two, she lives in a cosy cottage in the pretty village of Halston. Three, she’s in love with her boyfriend, Blake.

Isn’t she?

Because, despite their history, Blake continues to be the puzzle piece in Tess’s life that doesn’t quite fit. And when she meets intriguing local artist Daniel Cavanagh, it soon becomes apparent that, for Tess, love isn’t as easy as one, two, three … '

This story is the perfect companion for when you want to curl up on a winter's night or any night and get lost in another world. It is the kind of book that you say one more chapter before bed and the next time you see the end of a chapter you realize you have read 8 chapters. You will get lost in this story and lose track of time. I wouldn't suggest reading this book if you are on a bus or train, you may just miss your stop.

This book is the definition of an uplifting romantic story, you will find yourself falling in love with some of the characters while at the same time disliking some other characters. I love that this book really shows you the view points of Tess, Blake, Daniel and a few other characters. This means that even if you begin to dislike a character you end up seeing their reasoning for doing something.

Now let's tell you a little bit about the Author Angela Barton who lives in Nottingham and a member of the Nottingham Writers' Studio and the Romantic Novelists' Association. Angela has written three novels that have all passed through the RNA's New Writers Scheme and are now published. Her first novel was a historical fiction that was set in France and published in 2018. Her second and third books are contemporary women's fiction. Angela is currently busy writing her fourth book set in France during wartime, her new passion is to research real life happenings and create fictional characters that live through the extraordinary events. Alongside other authors Angela has helped create two Facebook groups for book lovers called Apricot Plots and Love Forties Fiction.

Overall I really enjoyed this book and although this is my first book by Angela Barton it certainly won't be my last. I enjoyed the way she wrote this book and honestly can't wait to check out other books she has written. You can get your copy of this book HERE.

Blog Tour: From Thailand with Love By Camilla Isley*

'All Logan has to do is to get the gold and get the girl. Easy, right?
Travel photographer Winter Knowles and archeology professor Logan Spencer dislike each other at first sight. Stuck together on a wild island, these two unwilling teammates will bicker and banter their way through a laugh-packed treasure hunt.
After years of searching, a new mapping technology has given Logan a clue to the location of the legendary Lost City of Gold. A discovery that could make his career. So the last thing he needs on this life-changing expedition is for his team to get distracted by a pair of long legs.
When Winter accepted the assignment on a tropical island she didn’t sign up for a brooding team leader who’d clearly prefer to run a boys-only club. Never one to back down from a challenge, Winter is ready to show him she’s no damsel in distress.
But when a treasure like no other is uncovered and ruthless enemies will want to keep it for themselves, it’ll be up to the two of them to save the day. Left alone to fight in the jungle, they will soon discover their lives might not be the only thing at stake—their hearts could be too.
Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime.
A fun read packed with danger, action, romance, and comedy.
From Thailand with Love is part of a series of interconnected romantic comedies but can be read as a standalone novel as all the other books in the First Comes Love series.'

So this book has 23 Chapters and I think it's too short! Not in a the story wasn't complete way but more in a I wanted to read more way. In other words this story captured my interest from the word go and I enjoyed every single last word that Camilla wrote. Winter and Logan's story was exhilarating and exciting, a definite page turner. Not only that but it also has moments where you can't help but laugh out loud at some of the antics.

I loved this book from chapter 1 and it definitely has the power to keep the reader turning those pages. Not only does this story keep you turning the page but it also kept me on the edge of my seat. Wanting to know what twists and turns were Logan and Winter going to experience next.

Let's tell you a little bit about the Author Camilla Isley who is an engineer turned writer, who quit her job to follow her husband on an adventure abroad. She is a cat lover, coffee addict and shoe hoarder. Beside writing, she loves reading (duh), cooking, watching bad TV and going to movies - popcorn please. She is a bit of a foodie, nothing too serious. Camilla is a keen traveller who knows mosquitoes play a role in the ecosystem, and doesn't want to starve all those frog princes but could really live without them.

Overall I loved this book and love the fact that it is actually book 5 in a series. I love this fact for the main reason that I can't wait to get the first 4 and any upcoming books and read more. Camilla is definitely an author I am going to read more from. This book left me with one thought and one thought only. I have to get the rest of this series. You can get your copy of this book HERE. Alongside this tour is a giveaway where you have the chance to Win a From Thailand With Love Tote Bag (open internationally), you can enter the giveaway HERE. Blog Tour: A Springtime To Remember By Lucy Coleman*

'Let Lucy Coleman transport you to glorious, sun-drenched France, for the perfect feel-good read. Paris and the Palace of Versailles have always meant a lot to TV producer Lexie. Her grandma Viv spent a year there, but her adventures and memories were never discussed, and Lexie has long wondered why they were a family secret.
When work presents the perfect excuse to spend Springtime in Versailles, Lexie delves into Viv’s old diaries and scrapbooks, and with the help of handsome interpreter Ronan, she is soon learning more about the characters that tend to the magnificent gardens, now and in the past.
In amongst the beauty and splendour of the French countryside, a story of lost love, rivalry and tragedy unfolds. Can Lexie and Ronan right the wrongs of the past, and will France play its tricks on them both before Lexie has to go home? Will this truly be a Springtime to Remember…?'

This book has 31 Chapters and is all about the story of Lexie and Ronan. It is well written and the descriptions of Versailles will have you adding this destination to your bucket list of places to visit. The descriptions are so in depth that it makes the reader feel like they can imagine being there. Not only that but the ending of this book is simply brilliant, the perfect way to end the story.

Let's tell you a little bit about the Author behind this book Lucy Coleman.
