Blog Tour: Fool Me Twice at Christmas by Camilla Isley*
Chuck and Kate’s used to be real, oh-so-real. But after she broke his heart four months ago, leaving him, it became all just pretense for the sake of their entwined families.
With parents who are best friends and business partners, it’s not easy for Chuck and Kate to announce they’ve split up. But with the holidays looming over them, they can no longer keep pretending.
They head home for Christmas, determined to tell the truth—and end up accidentally engaged instead. The more they try to pull apart, the more the Universe seems to push them back together, shortening the road to the altar. And when just-for-show kisses stir up forgotten feelings, things get even more complicated.
Now, with the midnight hour approaching, will Chuck and Kate’s relationship turn out to be fake or real?'
This is the story of Chuck and Kate, which is told over the course of 32 Chapters. Though this story will seem short when readers are invested in the story and wondering how this Christmas will look when everything is said and done.
Right from the very beginning of this book readers will be intrigued in the general story. I mean what could go wrong when your heading home to tell the truth? Well this book explores the answer to the question.
The result is a funny and charming story about trying to tell the truth when obstacles appear. The story is filled to the brim with moments that will leave the reader giggling and entertained.
Let's tell you a little bit about the Author Camilla Isley who is an engineer turned writer, who quit her job to follow her husband on an adventure abroad. She is a cat lover, coffee addict and shoe hoarder. Beside writing, she loves reading (duh), cooking, watching bad TV and going to movies - popcorn please. She is a bit of a foodie, nothing too serious. Camilla is a keen traveller who knows mosquitoes play a role in the ecosystem, and doesn't want to starve all those frog princes but could really live without them.

Blog Tour: A Nun for the Viking Warrior by Lucy Morris*
Noblewoman Amée Évreaux had pledged her life to God, until her father promised her in marriage to thundering Norseman, Jorund Jötunnson. After escaping her overbearing father, Amée vows never to fall under another man’s thumb, but her resistance to being Jorund’s wife turns to desire as she gets to know her intriguing new husband. For beneath his fierce exterior she’s glimpsed an unexpectedly pure heart. If only she can penetrate the fortress that surrounds it…'
This is the story of Amee and Jorund and is told over the course of 25 Chapters (+ Epilogue). From the moment readers meet these characters they will fall in love. But it’s not just the characters they will fall in love with but also the story.
From the very beginning of this book readers will find themselves intrigued by the characters as well as the Viking details. The characters show there vulnerable side to the reader, leaving the reader with the question of whether this vulnerable side will be shown to the other character. This vulnerable will ensure readers fall in love with the main characters even more as it humanises them.
One thing that needs to be mentioned when talking about this book is how it starts. Now I don’t want to give too much away but I will say that it is unique. I have personally never read a book with this distinct beginning. Now the beginning of this book adds to the readers intrigue so they become addicted early on.
Now let me tell you about the Author Lucy Morris, who lives in Essex, UK with her husband, two young children and two cats. Lucy has a massive sweet tooth and loves gin, bubbly and Irn-Bru. She is a member of UK Romantic Novelists' Association, she was delighted a two-book deal with Harlequin after submitting her story to Warriors Wanted submission blitz for Viking, Medieval and Highlander romances. Writing for Harlequin Historical is a dream come true for her and she hopes you enjoy her books!
Overall this book is full of addictive and intriguing moments. Not only that but you can tell that Lucy has done her research on Vikings by the sheer amount of detail that is provided. You can get your copy HERE.
