Blog Tour: The Viscount's Daring Miss by Lotte R James*

'May the best Viscount or Miss…

…win!

When her best friend and employer is injured, groom Roberta ‘Bobby’ Kingsley feels compelled to help him. She agrees to step into the saddle and compete in an endurance horse race to help secure his ancestral home. Yet the minute Bobby comes face to face with her opponent—arrogant yet infuriatingly charismatic Lawrence, Viscount Hayes—it’s clear that it won’t just be the competition that has her heart racing!'

This is the story of Roberta 'Bobby' and Lawrence, which is told over the course of 25 Chapters plus an epilogue. If you are a fan of the enemies to lovers trope than this book is for you.

Bobby is a feisty, self assured women who is living in a world where she refuses to conform to what society dictates a women is and how they should behave. She is the exact type of female lead character that you would want in a historical romance novel.

Throughout the book it is not just the race that speeds on and moves the book forward but also the main characters feelings. As the race progresses the readers get the chance to watch as these two character and their feelings change and grow.

Now let me tell you about the Author Lotte James, who trained as an actor and theatre director. However she spent most of her life working day jobs, crunching numbers while dreaming up stories of love and adventure. Lotte is thrilled to finally be writing those stories, when she is not scribbling on tiny pieces of paper she can usually be found wandering the countryside for inspiration or nestling with coffee and a book.

Overall this is a book that is full of passion, adventure and a little bit of danger. Perfect if you love horses or the enemies to lovers trope is your thing. You can get your copy HERE

Blog Tour: Bound by a Sicilian Secret by Lela May Wight*

'A baby to unite themfor ever!

Flora once strayed from her carefully scripted life and lost herself in the kisses of a Sicilian stranger. Overwhelmed, she fled his bed and returned to her risk-free existence. Now Raffaele has found her, and together they discover the unimaginable—she’s pregnant!'

This is the story of Flora and Raffaele, which is told over the course of 13 chapters plus an epilogue. The whole story is well paced but the time that passes within the story is about 2 months.

Right from chapter one the story instantly gets into the characters first meeting. This is one of the many reasons that make this book so easy to get stuck into, readers will soon find themselves involved in Flora and Raffaele's story wanting to know what comes next.

Flora is confused about her life and who she really is after she finds out a secret her parents have been keeping from her about her past. Raffaele on the other hand knows exactly who he is. He is also certain that thanks to his past he wants nothing to do with love and it holds no place in his future.

Let me tell you about the author Lela May Wight, who grew up with seven brothers and sisters. Yes it was noisy and she often found her escape in romance books. Lela still does, but now she gets the chance to write them. Lela hopes to offer her readers the same escapism when the outside world is a little too loud. Lela May lives in the UK with her sons and her very own hero, who never complains about her book addiction - he even buys her more books! You can check out what she is up to at lelamaywight.com.

Overall, this book is a whirlwind romance, set in beautiful locations. With chemistry present throughout the entire book from start to finish. Readers will enjoy getting lost in this book. You can get your copy HERE

This is the story of Olivia and Teddy, which is told over the course of 37 Chapters. This is a brilliant story and is a friends to lovers rom com. Which if you are a fan of Portia MacIntosh than you know how amazing she is at these.

This book starts off interesting and full of giggle moments. This theme continues and expands throughout the rest of the book. However those giggle moments change into laugh out loud moments that keeps the reader entertained.

So this maybe a story that takes the reader a while to get into however once you are in the full swing readers won't be able to put this book down. Readers will soon find themselves flying through the pages until they have devoured the entire book.

Blog Tour: A Manhattan Heiress in Paris by Amanda McCabe*

'Leaving Manhattan…

For a secret Parisian affair…

New York darling Elizabeth Van Hoeven has everything…except freedom. But now Eliza’s travelling to study the piano at the Paris Conservatoire—and falling for jazz prodigy Jack Coleman in the process! A love like theirs is forbidden back home, and as they make beautiful music together under the Parisian lights Eliza and Jack face a difficult choice: the life they’ve always known, or the possibility of a life they never could have imagined…'

This is the story of Eliza and Jack, which is told over the course of 26 Chapters as well as both a Prologue and Epilogue. This story was easy to get into and lose myself not only in the story but also of the descriptions of Paris.

This story is all about Freedom, not only from Social Norms but from judgement and the ability to be your true self. Jack and Elizabeth are able to find this for themselves in the glorious Paris of the 20s.

Although this couple are opposites, with Eliza being a white lady from fifth avenue and Jack is a black trumpetist from Harlem. Their worlds manage to collide within the beauty of music.

Now let me tell you about the Author Amanda McCabe, who wrote her first romance at the tender age of sixteen, it was a vast historical epic starring all her friends as characters. It was written in secret during her algebra class; her parents wondered why math was not her strongest subject. She may have never used algebra since but her books have been nominated for many awards including the RTA Award, the Romantic Times BOOKReviews Reviewers' Choice Award, the Booksellers Best, the National readers Choice Award and the Holt Medallion. She currently lives in Santa Fe with a Poodle, a cat, her wonderful husband and far too many books and royal memorabilia collections. When she is not reading or writing, you can find Amanda taking dance classes, collecting cheesy travel souvenirs and watching the Food Network (even though she doesn't cook). Amanda also writes for Grand Central Publishing as Laurel McKee, the Elizabethan Mystery series as Amanda Carmack and the Manor Cat Mystery Series as Eliza Casey.

Overall this book is easy to get stuck into and tells a story about how two worlds collide over a shared love. Although some heavy topics are mentioned it doesn't affect how much readers will love this story. You can get your copy HERE

Blog Tour: Bound to the Warrior Knight by Ella Matthew*

'Wed to a stranger

Awakened by his touch

Part of The King's Knights. As the new wife of stoic knight Benedictus Monceaux, innocent Adela finds herself in a whole new world… Their union is one of convenience and power, but her feelings for the warrior unsettle and excite her. Hiding an inner strength, Adela knows she can be a strong ally to her husband—but she must walk a fine line between duty and desire, both at court and in the bedchamber…'

This is the fourth book in the 'Kings Knight' series and this time we are meeting Benedictus Monceaux and his new wife Adela. Their story is told over the course of 23 Chapters as well as an Epilogue.

The moment this story starts, the author throws the reader right into the story. In this case you start the book at a wedding. Though our main characters do get married theirs is not a love match, no it is a marriage of convenience. It is clear to see right from the start what both the characters are getting out of this marriage.

Adela is a strong and intelligent woman, which is rare to see in a character during this time period. Although she is strong see also has a gentle side, that comes out when it comes to her new husband.

Adela does not have the best past when she goes into this marriage. In fact she has lived a very sheltered life up until this point. Though the sheltered way in which she grew up was very much not something that she chose for herself.

Now let me tell you about the Author Ella Matthews, who works and lives in South Wales. When she isn’t thinking about handsome heroes she can be found walking along the coast with her husband and two children. Though she probably still be thinking about hero's but pretending to be interested in everyone else.

Overall this is a brilliant addition to this series, and easy for readers to get stuck into. In fact readers will get so stuck in that they will feel like they are living through the moments alongside the main characters. You can get your copy HERE.
